I thought, because I really like to draw, and lately I've done quite a few drawings, I'd post some of them on here because I've never posted any of my artwork before. And also, because next year I'll be doing my GCSEs and I'll be taking Art as one of my options, I'm going to be taking a test thing in school to determine which Art class I'll be going in, and obviously, I want to be put in a really good class, so I'll need to show them some of best stuff. So if you guys could give me some feedback on these drawings then it would be reeeeaaalllllyyyy appreciated. Any kind of critism is great ^.^

Also, the lighting on the pictures isn't very good [stoopid camera...] and hopefully soon I'll be able to buy a scanner. That should make them come up better >_<

^This is a drawing I did of an Ichigo [Bleach] picture I found on the internet. I only ended up drawing half of it though [I ran out of pencils]

I did this one in school last year. It's not of any particular anime or anything, we just had to do a project on dragons, so I drew that one, but I messed up a bit on the face.

I messed up bad on th guys' arm and the girls' hair on that one, lol. But I thought the rest of it was alright, and perhaps one day I'll try and change the arm around about.

Nice job on the figures! I think you have great shading techniques and I like seeing the action in the pictures. I was wondering if you have any other kinds of drawings, such as animals, fantasy figures, real life drawings, etc? I would really love to see a well-rounded portfolio.

Ah, anime oriented work. I like that. You do it well. I can't do cartoon or anime for the life of me and I'm an artist myself.

Ryayukou: I'm currently working on some other stuff, but it's unfinished. I've just found a drawing I did of an album cover of 'Trivium - Ascendancy' though:

The shadings in the background aren't as dark as they were s'posed to be though. Just go to show my laziness, heh.

Okay, I've just drawn something, but I don't know what to add in the background of it, or whether to even put something in the background. So I'll upload the current drawing as it is now, and then maybe you guys can help me on this? I came up with the idea of the drawing when I was in my bathroom earlier, and I could see my reflection in the bathroom tiles on the wall. The surface of the tiles isn't flat, it's more of a rippled/bumpy surface, which made my reflection look a bit out of the ordinary, and completey enlarged my nose, haha. It looked quite surrel, so it sort of inspired me to draw something like it [keep in mind that it doesn't actually look a thing like me! ]

wow! i like that - its really mysterious, and creative... i'd never have thought to have used an image in the bathroom tiles before... what did you use to draw it?

Thanks, haha, I thought bathroom tile idea was a bit different when I thought about it too lol. I just used ordinary pencil, and smudged the dark part on the outside with my fingers. I did try to make it look a bit square-like, rather than having many curvy edges in it. If that made sense..lol. Another thing I'm in the middle of drawing at the moment is a bit like the bathroom tile idea. I woke up one day, and the light was reflecting on one of my band posters on my wall, and in my head I could see an image on the poster from where the light was reflecting [other than the band that was on it]. I could see what looked like a giant face that only had a mouth, a weird face that looked a bit to me like that little puppet off the film 'SAW', and then two little people that looked to me like the were watching the opera or something . I guess you could say it was just my imagination running wild, but either way it gave me the idea to draw it, haha. I might upload it if it turns out good ^.^

haha! I like your imagination lol! i wish i could think like that... there are times i get a really good idea, then the second i have it, it goes. Then i can't find it again... until its too late, lol!

Those look good! They all look great, and fourth one in your first post was a fine to me. Just looked a little strange with the girl's shoulder and arm.
